RBI to conduct 7-day Variable Rate Reverse Repo (VRRR) auction under LAF on August 24, 2026
On a review of current and evolving liquidity conditions, it has been decided to conduct a Variable Rate Reverse Repo (VRRR) auction on Monday, August 24, 2026, as under: Sl. No. Notified Amount (₹ crore) Tenor (day) Window Timing Date of Reversal 1 2,50,000 7 09:30 AM to 10:00 AM August 31, 2026 (Monday) 2. The operational guidelines for the auction as given in the Reserve Bank’s Press Release 2019-2020/1947 dated February 13, 2020 will remain the same.
